Vision + Mission
We envision people living and working within long-term care communities who treat one another with dignity, growing together as a community, and fully appreciating the unique stage of life that is elderhood.
We strive to improve the dignity and quality of life for all who live and work in nursing facilities and community-based care facilities of older adults and people with disabilities, LiveWell empowers leaders as well as direct care staff through training and coaching. When long-term care communities practice the LiveWell approach, they realize beneficial operational efficiencies. Over time, staff and residents become agents of their own dignity and continuing development.
