The LiveWell Curriculum provides action steps for leaders wanting high performance teams. We provide practitioners with the blueprint for three core practices that lead to better teamwork and communication, more efficiency and organization, a reliable improvement culture and person-directed/person-centered care.

Staff love the LiveWell Method and its tools. The tools are engaging, easy to use, and they generate change right away. The LiveWell tools easily blend with every organization’s existing quality improvement practices, so no one has to change what’s already going well. But every facility, including the best ones, find that they can improve significantly using the LiveWell Method.

Our curriculum consists of written materials, tools, and videos. The written materials are available digitally in English and Spanish. They consist of four modules and ~45 tools. A standalone leadership module for leaders wishing to improve their emotional intelligence and growth mindset using the Strengths-based leadership approach is available upon request.

All materials will be available for a low-cost monthly subscription. Only one person per facility needs to subscribe in order to share the materials with colleagues, although we recommend that facilities may wish to purchase more than one subscription to ensure continuity.
